Updates, Support & Enhancement (USE) Agreement


Technical Support and Product Updates are included for the first year after initial purchase.  The Updates, Support & Enhancement (USE) Agreement protects your LAN-ACES software environment from having outdated software, virus protection services interrupted, outdated virus definitions, or not having support when you need help with your office communications.


The USE Agreement is an annual commitment that ensures that our clients receive the best products, services, and pricing for their LAN-ACES software investment. Clients that have a current USE Agreement will receive free technical support if needed, virus protection services and virus definition updates for Office-Logic InterChange, and any maintenance or version product updates.  However, new version activation codes will not be released during the final 30 days of a USE Agreement contract.  This is to ensure that any support for a new version update will be available.
